About Us
While click-360 focuses on the online surveys that measure individual, team and organisational effectiveness, we also offer able and experienced business leadership, combined with specialist expertise in organisational development and behavioural psychology. This combination allows us to address the critical internal factors which are holding back growth - effectively. We specialise in projects which are challenging - through either their operational or their human dynamics.
Since 1991, The Learning Curve (TLC) Ltd have provided services to help our clients attract, engage and retain staff. This has lead to them being more competitive and efficient. 360 degree feedback has been a fundamental component of our learning & development interventions for all this time.
Having experienced two unsuccessful partnerships with 3rd party 360 providers, in 2006 we set up a new division (TLC Online) specifically devoted to building and supplying the UK’s best web-based 360 tool. We have subsequently sold this tool to our own clients and a number of other UK learning &development consultancies.
More recently, our 360 tool has been joined by other web-based survey applications, for example to measure emotional intelligence, high-performing teams, organisational culture, employee engagement and customer satisfaction. We are more and more often being asked to design and deliver bespoke survey tools. For example, our client Diageo has commissioned us to build 4 different feedback applications which have translated into 13 languages for global usage. The Tata Beverages Group has commissioned an extensive review of their competencies and values which we have since turned into online survey tools.
Our expertise in 360 degree feedback from the point of view of running awareness sessions with participants and taking them through the feedback afterwards offers you:
- insights into the concerns that participants and responders might have about engaging in the process. Through our electronic user guides, and the way we have designed our web-based 360 tools, we have minimised the issues that get in the way of survey completion
- individual and group reports which have been designed to highlight key strengths and areas for development. Individual reports are brought to life through the comments that responders are encouraged to offer by making that option easy on the online tools.
- the only UK 360 tool that allows a feedback provider to complete surveys on more than one participant at the same time. Conventional tools require the rater to complete separate surveys, one after the other. This takes more time and can lead to responder fatigue, with a corresponding drop in quality of the feedback expressed.
