Competency definition through our Occupational Psychologists

You may have a set of competencies that you need to ‘refresh’ or you may not yet have a clearly-defined framework.  Either way, our experienced occupational psychologists can benchmark what you have against best-in-class examples so that you end up with a framework that will take you from where you are now to where you want to go.  The resultant competencies can then be turned into a 360 degree feedback questionnaire.

Feedback sessions using our qualified coaches

Our unique combination of business leadership together with expertise in organisational development and behavioural psychology results in coaches who are powerful agents for change.  Coaches receive regular supervision on their client work and will help your leaders and managers to make the required changes without recourse to further learning and development interventions.

A complete bespoke service for online 360 applications

More recently, our 360 tool has been joined by other web-based survey applications, for example to measure emotional intelligence, high-performing teams, organisational culture, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.  We are more and more often being asked to design and deliver bespoke survey tools.  For example, our client Diageo has commissioned us to build 4 different feedback applications which have translated into 13 languages for global usage.  The Tata Beverages Group has commissioned an extensive review of their competencies and values which we have since turned into online survey tools.

Pay-As-You-Go or Enterprise solutions

We offer our 360 tools for a very competitive price, even for single usage.  £75 is all you spend per report – there are no set up fees, no minimum numbers and no tie-in clauses.  We can even drop in your own questionnaire and personalise the app with your logo for this price.  Alternatively, you can purchase for a one-off fee our Enterprise (or self-managed) version where all surveys are set up and administered by you.  You can design and upload your own questionnaires and answer scales as well as customise all the associated emails.  Sophisticated automation means that with minimal training, you can quickly become self sufficient.  After about 80 reports have been produced, future reports are virtually free!

Online Academy which links development needs to learning resources

A big challenge for many organisations is “What happens after the 360?  How do we help these individuals plug the gaps identified?”  Through our partnership with TWM – The Working Manager – we are now able to offer you our 360 tools inside an online Academy.  Thousands of learning resources (which are constantly being updated) have been mapped to our standard 360 competencies and, once individual development needs have been identified through the 360 process, an online personal development plan can be populated with learning suggestions that suit the individual’s learning style.  If you choose a bespoke 360 questionnaire – for example your own competencies – then we can map the learning resources accordingly.
